The best guests

Filed under Family, Fun, Guests, Sue Hausmann | 4 Comments

We hosted some of our favorite people here at home over the weekend, Herb and Sue Hausmann. Of course, we think they are both terrific simply for who they are — sincerely good people and simply great friends — but during their visit this time, we got a bonus!
Ever since we moved into our house this summer, I have [...]

Exactly twenty-one years ago today….

I became a “Mrs.”
On that day, I married my best friend. Guess what? He still is. Only moreso. Looking back, it sure has been an amazing twenty-one years. Thanks, honey. I’m truly looking forward to the next twenty-one — and hopefully, many more!
Yep, that handsome guy looks every bit as handsome [...]

You are warmly invited to join me on a quilters’ cruise extraordinaire!
You all know I love to travel. Besides quilting, traveling the world is one of my most favorite things to do in life. Kent and I are the perfect traveling buddies — and guides! He’s so ‘culture savvy’ no matter what country we visit, and I’ve [...]
